The Simpsons are celebrating Disney+ Day with a new short called “The Simpsons In Plusaversary.” The show will be the first cartoon to premiere on the streaming service, and it’s meant to celebrate all of your favorite characters’ next big adventure. You can watch it here.
We all know that The Simpsons is a long running series of hit shows on TV, but did you know the franchise has been around since 1989?! Without Springfield’s favorite family we may not have gotten some of our most beloved Disney+ releases yet.
The “The Simpsons In Plusaversary” is a short that celebrates Disney+ Day. It also features a new character, Marge’s sister Patty, who was voiced by Kristen Schaal. The episode aired on May 8th, 2019.
On Friday, November 12, “The Simpsons” will commemorate Disney+ Day by streaming the new short “The Simpsons in Plusaversary,” which will be available on the service.
“The Simpsons in Plusaversary!” brings the Disney+ Day celebration to Springfield. The Simpsons hold a Disney+ Day party in the new short, and everyone is invited… except Homer. Plusaversary is Springfield’s event of the year, with pals from throughout the service and music suitable for a Disney princess. “The Simpsons in Plusaversary,” a Disney+ Day premiere, will air exclusively on the streaming service on Friday, November 12th.
