Director and actor Shane Ryan has produced and released a record number of films since the beginning of the blockade in March last year. He first played the lead role, then produced the independent thriller Throttle, which came out in May, then Heartbeat (co-star/complementary producer), and became co-producer of the thriller Sinny, and he also played and co-produced the film Quarantine Girl (all released in the episode of the film). Last week the fantastic action film Attack of the Unknown (associated producer) was released by Gravitas Ventures. Ryan is currently putting the finishing touches to a whole trilogy he made and directed; Ted Bundy had a son. It is the sequel to the trilogy of his famous amateur film Killer of the Pornstars (2007-2009). The APSK trilogy will appear in its 4th edition in a few months. We are releasing the second edition of the DVD at the same time as Ryan Girl’s drama, which didn’t disappear in Wild Eye Releasing. Last month Ryan released his first trailer for his LGBT drama This Girl, This Boy, which he shot in combination with the horror film Red Oedipus and the drama God Got Sick. He is also involved in the post-production of his corrupt police drama Owl in Echo Park and the comedy American Virgins. He is in the early stages of pre-production for his upcoming feature films Trash Children and Throwing Girl, and recently announced plans to film a detective thriller based on the Japanese film Sasebo. He also directs and produces plays for various anthologies, including the upcoming Phyllia of Dark Side Release. Last summer Gore Theatre 2 (by Troma) and Gore Grind were released, with 60 Seconds to Die 3 soon on video. Ryan also reduced the #CormanChallenge lock, on autopilot. Recently he completed his own anthology of the 80’s, Awesomely Righteous & Radical (in search of distribution).
