Once upon a time, in the fantasy world of Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in harmony. But when sinister monsters called Druuns threatened Earth, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity.

Now, five hundred years later, those same monsters have returned, and it’s up to the lone warrior to hunt down the last dragon and stop the Druun once and for all.

Paradise and the Last Dragon has everything to please: a breathtaking adventure, stunning visuals, friendly characters and delightful comedic moments. It’s the epitome of Disney. At the aisle

In the end, there is no denying that Raya and the Last Dragon is a powerful and beautiful film. Although I disagree with some things, I am in love with others. The film has strong characters, a vibrant world, wonderful action sequences and a truly unbeatable voice cast. But why Tho?

Sometimes the animation is so breathtakingly beautiful that there are shots that almost seem more realistic than live action. And even though it’s an animated film, I wasn’t criticizing the animation, I was watching the film and enjoying the plot and the characters, and in the end, as with any film, that’s what really counts. Irish film review

To some, Raya and the Last Dragon will seem like a glorified video game quest, with a basic story in which Raya travels back and forth to collect a bunch of rare relics. However, this would detract from the film, which takes these ideas, combines them with some of Disney’s best contemporary films, and adds an Asian touch to it all to create a completely original and satisfying picture. From hairstyles to clothing (colors, patterns, textures), through the setting of the five countries, each with different vegetation, styles or building structures and natural features, and through the individual characters, Raya and the Last Dragon delivers the wonder and awe of the world in downright embarrassing proportions. But Raya’s journey too often contains familiar themes…. The anarchy of the screen

It’s certainly a good family film for young and old, but those who have enjoyed the Disney Animation offerings in recent years will certainly be in for a treat. With lush animation, thrilling action and a compelling story of trust, Raya and the Last Dragon has everything it takes to become a modern Disney classic. On-screen advertising

The story is compelling and the mythical elements of the adventure are intense, making Raya and the Last Dragon one of the most interesting films to come out of Disney in a long time. It is an animated film with a positive and sincere message, animated action scenes and a sweet story about friendship that the whole family can enjoy. Screen Drivers

Raya and the Last Dragon is a beautifully animated fantasy/action epic full of exciting adventures and fascinating world building. This is by far the best Disney adaptation since Moana, with the same heartfelt message. I can’t wait to be taken back to the magical kingdom of Kumandra. We got the Hulk.
