His girlfriend, Friday Movie Series

One of the fastest, funniest and most quoted films of all time, His Girl Friday, starring Rosalind Russell as Hildy Johnson, a journalist who stands out among influential women in the film industry. Hildy only has a spot in Kraft with her sneaky but charismatic editor and ex-husband Walter Burns (played by the incomparable Cary Grant), who gives her the chance to lure her newspaper colleagues out of their lives with the story of the imminent execution to prevent them from jumping on the train to Albany and starting a new life as a housewife. In adjusting the success of Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur’s The Front Page, director Howard Hawkes adopted the brilliant idea of turning a star journalist, Hildy Johnson, into a woman. The result is an immortal mix of hard-working editorial sets and a wild comedy about remarrying. It also presents an entirely new restoration of the 1931 film Front Page, the famous pre-coding of the same material by Lewis Milestone.
